Swiss chard is a strong, large, sturdy green that is absolutely perfect for filling with your favorite sandwich ingredients and rolling it all up into a great, healthy wrap. Chard is a nutritional powerhouse, filled with vitamin K, A and C, as well as plenty of potassium, fiber, and magnesium. Plus, it’s absolutely beautiful to look at… with a rainbow of color, it is a great addition to any kitchen.
These swiss chard wraps are filled with healthy veggies, including chickpeas, carrots, celery, sprouts, avocado, and red bell pepper. The chickpeas are ground up with sunflower seeds for some extra flavor and heart-friendly fatty acids. Of course, these wraps are conducive to any mixture of ingredients.
