We all know how important it is to care for our feet. But for so many of us, life gets in the way and we forget the little things we can do every day to keep our feet healthy. That’s why our friends at Kickers have put together a slew of great tips to get you thinking about your feet. To give you a little taste of what they’ve cooked up, we have the Top 5 Tricks for Keeping your Feet Healthy:
1) Always remember to dry your feet. After taking a swim or getting out of the shower, be sure to dry your toes to avoid infections.
2) Keep those nails trimmed! And to avoid ingrown nails, always cut they straight across
3) Change your shoes and socks every day. This will keep moisture from building up.
4) Wiggle your toes! You should be able to wiggle your toes in every type of shoe you wear. If you can’t wiggle your toes, you’re wearing the wrong shoe!
